1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms
Litigation Management, Inc., (“LMI”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This LMI Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our Websites or mobile applications. By accessing or otherwise using the LMI websites (www.lmiweb.com; www.lmiexchange.com; www.lmisight.com; www.lmisuite.com; dashboard.lmisuite.com), their subdomains, their mobile equivalents, or any LMI mobile applications (collectively, the “Websites”), which are owned or operated by LMI, you expressly acknowledge and fully understand this LMI Privacy Statement and freely consent to the collection and use practices described in this LMI Privacy Policy.
2. Personal and Non-Personal Information Definitions
"Personal Information" means any information that may be used to identify an individual or business, including, but not limited to names, phone numbers, physical mailing addresses, email addresses, locations, credit information, credit card information, social security numbers, other contact information, or other information describing an individual. LMI does not access, collect, use, share or transmit data related to personal contacts, calendar entries, texts, or photos.
"Non-Personal Information" means information that does not specifically identify an individual or business, but includes information from you, such as your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, you Internet service provider (ISP), the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique device ID, operating system, and your Internet protocol (IP) Address. Non-Personal Information is not typically used to personally identify you.
3. Information We Collect and How We Use It
LMI collects information, including Personal Information, about individuals and entities that use the Websites. By utilizing LMI’s services, accessing or using the Websites, or by accepting the terms of any User Agreement regarding the Websites, you expressly consent to LMI’s use and disclosure of Personal Information as outlined below.
During registration, log in, or as otherwise required by any User Agreement, you will be required to provide LMI with certain Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, including, but not limited to, name, contact information, an e-mail address and in some instances credit card information. You also may submit information to LMI when you send an email, place an order, or otherwise communicate with LMI by means other than the Websites, including blogs, social media sites, or other online and offline communications. LMI may also collect "click-over" information, such as the URL from which you just came, the URL to which you go next, the browser you are using, your IP address, date and time of access, and other similar information. In addition, LMI may collect information, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and the type of mobile Internet browsers you use. LMI does not collect or transmit geo-location data. LMI uses cookies. A cookie is data that LMI sends to your web browser and that may be stored on your hard drive. LMI uses cookies to enhance your experience on the site. These cookies do not contain Personal Information.
Personal Information will be used only by LMI and its affiliates, including for promotional and marketing purposes. LMI does not sell or rent Personal Information. Except as outlined in this Policy, or as may be permitted by a User Agreement, LMI does not make Personal Information available to third parties.
LMI uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics also uses "cookies" to help LMI analyze how you and other users use the Websites. The information generated by this cookie about your use of the Websites (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in many countries around the world, potentially on a server located outside the country where you live. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Websites, compiling reports on Website activity for LMI and providing other services relating to Website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies, or indicate when a cookie is being set, by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, but, if you do, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Websites. By using the Websites, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes outlined above.
LMI’s site contains links to other external web sites. This LMI Privacy Statement does not apply when you access third party websites. LMI cannot control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such external web sites. We recommend and encourage that you always review the privacy policies of merchants and other third parties before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.

LMI will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly respond and resolve any problem or question. LMI has safeguards in place to assure availability of its sites and mobile apps, but cannot and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to same. LMI is not responsible for lost or delayed requests, email or content.
5. Notices and Choice to Use the Websites
This LMI Privacy Statement provides you notice that LMI may collect Personal and Non-Personal Information from you when you access the Websites. You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information or Non-Personal Information to LMI. By accessing the Websites, you are making the choice to provide Personal Information and Non-Personal Information to LMI. If you choose not to provide the Personal Information LMI requests, you can choose not to access the Websites.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Websites are not currently structured nor intended for users under thirteen (13) years of age. Accordingly, LMI will not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children that LMI knows to be under the age of thirteen (13).
7. Changes to this Statement
LMI has the discretion to occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "updated" date at the top of this Privacy page. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to this privacy statement and any updates.
8. Information Submitted
Any communication or material other than your Personal Information submitted to the Websites including by electronic mail, website submission, or otherwise is the exclusive property of LMI and is considered to be non-confidential and nonproprietary. Such communications may include, without limitation, questions, comments, suggestions and ideas. LMI shall be free to use them for any purpose whatsoever without restriction or compensation.
9. Disclaimer
All work products prepared by LMI are intended for the use of qualified legal and medical professionals and do not constitute the practice of either discipline by LMI. LMI cannot ensure that all Personal Information, private communications or other sensitive user information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this LMI Privacy Statement. For example, LMI may be required to disclose information in response to a subpoena or some other form of legal process, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Therefore, although LMI endeavors to use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, it does not promise, and users should not expect, that Personal Information or private communications will remain private. "Perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
