Jen Minks, LMI's Chief of Staff, Communications Director, & VP of HR, has been selected to serve as an Advisor Member for the Women in Leadership Program at Ashland University. This executive education program is designed by industry experts for professionals seeking expert advice, strategies and practical tools. The program serves as a platform for women to engage and uplift each other by inspiring positive change. 

In Jen’s role as Advisor, she will have the opportunity to provide advice and perspective to help improve the program while collaborating with diverse leaders with a wide range of industry knowledge.
